* Packages can be shipped to mainland France with zip codes that start with 01 to 95. However, packages cannot currently be shipped to overseas territories, including Corsica, Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Reunion, St. Pierre and Miquelon and Mayotte.

** Packages can be shipped to mainland UK as well as the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

*** Packages can be shipped to all states, territories and military addresses within the United States.

SHIPPING COST INCREASE DUE TO COVID-19

Due to the global situation, the shipping cost increased dramatically during the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, we are not able to offer 100% free shipping for all orders to all destinations as we did before.  Nevertheless, we are doing our utmost to minimize the consequences of this force majeure situation. The shipping rates for most of the items to most of the destinations will remain the same.

Meanwhile, extra shipping costs will be charged for certain heavy products ordered by US and Canadian customers. This is to ensure that we can use reasonably reliable shipping options to deliver your parcels, rather than the cheapest ones that are currently unreliable and slow.

WHAT IF I WANT TO SHIP TO THE COUNTRY THAT IS NOT ON THIS LIST?

Need to ship to countries not supported by ePacket? Not a problem. We use multiple shipping services and cover every single country around the world! Just reach out via the “Contact Us” link and we’ll provide you pricing accordingly.

If you have already made the payment, you will be required to pay additional shipping cost before we can ship out your order. We have special deals with the top delivery companies in the world. You can usually get a good price for shipping to any location in the world. If you have any doubt, please contact us.

DO THE PRICES INCLUDE TAXES?

No, the buyers are responsible for any custom tax and duties in their countries.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET MY ORDER?

Time to delivery is on average 14 days, depending on your location. International shipping may be influenced by holidays, bad weather, emergency and so on. If in such unexpected conditions, the delivery time will even take much longer time than that in normal condition.

If you have special demand on shipping time, please inform us via Contact Us immediately after place the order. We will choose other fast delivery services. Please be aware that additional charge may apply.

WHERE IS GETTRENDINGTOYS TEAM LOCATED?

Gettrendingtoys team is based in Norway. We recently opened a new facility in China to support our growing demand in the Asia Pacific region. If the seller is located in China, the items may be shipped to our office in China for verification and authentication and then shipped to you from there. The facility has been set up with the highest standards, and all products will continue to go through our rigorous verification process to ensure your products are authentic and as described.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

Please note that gettrendingtoys is unable to change a shipping address once the order has been placed. You may however cancel your order (within 3 hours of placing it and/or before it is confirmed by the seller, whichever comes first), and place the order again with the correct shipping address.

I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. WHAT DO I DO?

If you have not received your order within 60 days from payment, please contact us. If you have a tracking number, please provide us with the shipping information and we will reply to you as soon as possible. If it was, check the tracking number to see where the order is currently located. If it was delivered and you still have not received your order or if you placed your order through the website, please contact us.

For security and privacy reasons, we ensure successful delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

In most cases, packages will arrive on time without any problem. So we normally do not provide the tracking information. But if you need, we will happily send it to you. To do so, just reply to the email in which the receipt is attached.
